TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATION
Please Note :
Conduction of event is subjected to certain conditions.
Conduction/withdrawal of event is at discrete power of organizer.
Incase of withdrawal of any event, the registration amount (if already paid) will be refunded.
Accommodation will be Provided upon request and will be chargeable on per day per person basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
The contest is open for B.E/B. Tech and Polytechnic level students.
Last date for submission of synopsis and full paper for technical paper presentation is on or before 6th January 2023 by 5.30pm
Intimation of Acceptance/Rejection of synopsis on 7th January 2023

Introduction:
Paper presentation is an individual competition where each participant is required to make a paper about a given topic or area, and then present it in front of the juries.
Purpose:
To enhance participant’s ability in Writing or making papers in English as well as to present it, and also to broaden the mind of the participants.
Presentation Rules:
1. The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
2. Hard copies of the same are to be submitted before presentation to Judges.
3. The participants will get 8 minutes to present their paper. and 2 minutes will be for questioningby judges.
4. The participants will have to present their papers in MS-Power Point (ppt) format only.
5. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
6. The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at anypoint of time and will do their best to inform to participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
Paper Format Rules:
The paper should be in as per given format.
1. The front page should have title of paper on the top and the details of the team members at the bottom. (As mentioned in abstract)
2. It should have abstract attached.
3. Font style for text: Times New Roman.
4. Font size for text: 10 points.
5. Font size for headings: 12points.
6. Font size for sub-headings: 10 points.
Topics to be covered (but are not limited to): Thermal Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacture science, Mechatronics, EV’S, Automobile Engineering, Robotics and automation, Nano science.
