A paper presentation is an oral presentation reserved for completed projects for which results are reported as part of the presentation. Each paper presentation will be a maximum of 12 minutes in length and will be followed by a brief question and answer period of approximately 3 minutes. Only reports of completed projects that have not been published in a publicly available journal or have not been presented at a previous MNRS conference can be submitted

Please Note :

Conduction of event is subjected to certain conditions. 

Conduction/withdrawal of event is at discrete power of organizer.

Incase of withdrawal of any event,  the  registration amount (if already paid) will be refunded.

Accommodation will be Provided upon request and will be chargeable on per day per person basis.


Last date for submission of synopsis and full paper for technical paper presentation is on or before 6th January 2023 by 5.30pm

Intimation of Acceptance/Rejection of synopsis on 7th January 2023

Rules and Regulation :   

General Rules :  

1. 1.Registration fees is Rs 100/- per head (max of 2 can participate) 

2. The paper should be in IEEE format. 

3. Paper should include complete author details specifying author name, college name, Email ID and contact number. 

4. Candidates COLLEGE ID card is mandatory. 

5. Students need to submit their e-copy of the paper on varshadesai0626@gmail.com 

6. On spot registration is also available. 

Presentation Rules:  

1. The paper should be presented in MS-Power point in .ppt or .pptx format only. 

2. Two hard copies of the paper must be submitted to the event co-ordinator before the presentation. 

3. Soft copy of the ppt (pen drive) should also be submitted well in advance to event coordinator. 

4. The time given for presentation is 8mins and 2mins for queries (Total 8+2=10 mins). 

5. Decision of the judges and the event heads shall be treated as final.
